Action Jacks Family Fun & Entertainment

It’s not everyday that you can find a place to have a kid’s birthday party for 6-8 people for $300 that is fun for both the kids and the parents ($300 including activities, food, & tip). Our family had a party for a 6 year old and the arcade/laser tag package was just enough. The staff helped set up the decorations, and we had a team member named Koda who was basically our party concierge. Koda handled all of our requests, needs and made our birthday boy feel so special. I highly recommend Koda she definitely contributed to making things easy on us which allowed us to have the most fun with our little ones. The only draw back was the expensive food. I’d suggest eating ahead of time to help your budget. Birthday cake is allowed but outside food and beverages are not allowed. Despite this Koda kept the water pitchers full to ensure our little ones stayed hydrated. Also, we had a person in our group with a food allergy so Koda went to the kitchen to inquire about options and came back with a custom make item so that everyone could eat. Overall, I recommend Action Jacks, it’s definitely worth checking out for your next party or event you’re celebrating.

Have to leave 5 stars cause 6 isn’t an option. It should be for Phoebe though. She was spectacular on customer service!! Very helpful and made us all feel very welcome. My team and I agreed we’ll be back just because of how welcoming she was.

This is a nice spot for arcade and more. I appreciate the bar for those of us that enjoy an adult beverage as well as their food and other drink options available. The prices aren't too bad and they have a good variety of activities to do. The workers were very helpful, kind and attentive. My group and I had a pleasant time. Thank you!!

We recently had our daughter’s 5th birthday at Action Jacks and she had the BEST time! Our party host Dakota was amazing - she went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. There’s lots of food & beverage options to choose from AND they can provide delicious cookies and cupcakes for your event now! It was the easiest party to plan 😎 Highly recommend!!!
